We provide the necessary post formation consultation to further your business entity interests and liability protections and compliance with applicable state and local regulations.   We assist you in providing consultation for properly maintaining corporate governance and structure.  We draft minutes, resolutions, borrowing authorizations, shareholder agreements, buy sell agreements, and other matters for the entity or its shareholders.  We also consult and assist the entity in employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, private placement memorandums, joint-venture and partnership agreements, business plans, and regulatory compliance.
